It is our belief

that every person, regardless of age or circumstance, adds to the success of the community through their contributions.
In the past year,

over 3,000 young children, youth and families were impacted by the programs of the Council on Rural Services. It is with a positive spirit that we join others in meeting our communities' challenges in making a better place for all of us to live.

Volunteer Opportunities with Council on Rural Service Programs, Inc.

The Council on Rural Services, a private, non-profit organization serving 9 counties in Ohio is always looking for qualified volunteers. Our mission is to provide a unique mix of learning and social experience to develop competence, motivation, and behavior for a better life and stronger community. Some of the ways we serve our community are with the following programs:

• CORS Head Start (Head Start/Early Head Start)

• Gateway Youth Programs

• Achievement Center for Educational Success (ACES)

We seek highly motivated and dedicated volunteers to join our staff.
